www.loadshare.net, any of its affiliated URLs or
Loadshare Rider App (collectively, “Loadshare
Platform”), you are accepting and consenting to
the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

When you use the Loadshare Platform, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Platform to make your experience safer and easier.

Loadshare Platform. We use this information to do
internal research on our users’ demographics,
interests, and behaviour to better understand,
protect and serve our users. This information is

provide customer support and troubleshoot problems

other users or third parties send us

phone number etc.) from you when you set up an
account with us.

When you use our Loadshare Rider App, we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location or by accessing your mobile device’s GPS coordinates or course location if you enable location services on your device. We may use location information to improve and personalize our Services for you. If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable that feature on your mobile device, but you will not be able to access all of our Services if you disable that feature on your mobile device.
5. Sharing of personal information
Our Platform links to other websites/Websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. Loadshare Networks is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites/Websites.
6. Security Precautions
Our Platform has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.

By using the Loadshare Platform and / or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing your information as per this privacy policy.
